Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Frameflow ("the Service"), operated by Bruo Systems Limited, 2c Grangegorman Lower, Smithfield, Dublin, Ireland, Reg. 765033 ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

Please read these Terms together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Payment Policy, Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy, which are incorporated here by reference.

Who can use Frameflow

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your country, to use the Service. By using Frameflow you confirm that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

If you use the Service on behalf of a business or other organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that organisation to these Terms, and "you" refers to that organisation.

You must not use the Service if you are barred from doing so under any applicable law, or if your account has previously been suspended or terminated by us.

The service

Frameflow lets you generate videos from text prompts using third-party AI models. You buy credits in advance, and credits are consumed each time you generate a video. The number of credits required for a given generation depends on the model and settings you choose, and is shown before you confirm.

We may add, change, or remove models, features, and settings over time as the underlying technology and our providers evolve.

Accounts and security

You sign in with your email address and a one-time code sent to that address. You are responsible for keeping access to your email account secure, and for all activity that occurs under your Frameflow account.

You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date. You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

We may suspend or limit access to your account if we reasonably believe it is being used in breach of these Terms or in a way that poses a security or legal risk.

Credits and payment

Credits are purchased in advance and are non-transferable. They have no cash value except as expressly required by applicable consumer law. Pricing is shown in euro (EUR) on the Pricing page and at checkout, and the two are identical.

Credits are consumed when you generate videos. If a generation fails for technical reasons on our side or our providers' side, the credits for that generation are returned to your balance. Full details of payments, refunds, and cancellation are set out in the Payment Policy, Refund Policy, and Cancellation Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the Service lawfully and responsibly. In particular, you must not use Frameflow to create, upload, or distribute content that:

  • is unlawful, fraudulent, or promotes illegal activity
  • infringes the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any person
  • depicts or sexualises minors in any way
  • is defamatory, harassing, hateful, or incites violence against any person or group
  • impersonates any person or misrepresents your identity or affiliation
  • depicts a real, identifiable person without an appropriate legal basis or consent
  • is intended to deceive, including disinformation or deepfakes presented as genuine
  • contains malware or attempts to interfere with the security or integrity of the Service
  • attempts to circumvent usage limits, credit controls, or model safety filters

We may remove content, suspend generations, or suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe breach these rules. Where the law requires, we may report unlawful content to the relevant authorities.

Your content and license

You keep the rights you hold in the prompts you submit and the videos you generate, subject to the terms of the underlying model providers and to applicable law. You are solely responsible for how you use generated content.

You grant us a limited license to process, store, and transmit your prompts and generated videos as needed to operate the Service, including re-hosting generated videos through our storage provider and showing them back to you in your account.

You confirm that you have the rights necessary to submit your prompts and any inputs, and that your use of the Service and of generated content does not violate any law or third-party right.

Third-party AI models

Frameflow relies on third-party AI models to generate videos. The output of these models is automated and probabilistic, and we do not control or guarantee its accuracy, originality, or suitability for any purpose. Output may occasionally be unexpected, repetitive, or similar to output produced for other users.

Your use of generated content may also be subject to the terms and acceptable-use policies of the relevant model provider, in addition to these Terms.

Service availability and changes

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We work to keep it available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may carry out maintenance, and availability may depend on third-party providers.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service. Where a change materially affects credits you have already purchased, we will act consistently with applicable consumer law and our Refund Policy.

Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service and all generated content are provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. You use the Service and any generated content at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service and its users.

On termination, your right to use the Service ends. Provisions that by their nature should survive, including those on content, disclaimers, liability, and governing law, will continue to apply.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and of the member state in which Bruo Systems Limited is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be subject to the courts of that member state, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections available to you.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
