Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy explains your options for cancelling purchases and closing your account on Frameflow, operated by Bruo Systems Limited, 2c Grangegorman Lower, Smithfield, Dublin, Ireland, Reg. 765033. It should be read together with our Terms of Service, Payment Policy, and Refund Policy. It does not affect any mandatory rights you have under applicable consumer law.
No subscription
Frameflow does not use subscriptions. You only pay for the credits you buy, so there is nothing recurring to cancel, and you will never be charged automatically on a renewal date.
Cancelling a purchase
If you have just bought a credit pack and have not used any of the credits, you can cancel that purchase for a full refund within 14 days under EU consumer rights. The main points are:
- the cancellation right applies to credit packs you have not started using
- once you begin consuming credits from a pack, that pack is treated as in use
- to cancel, follow the steps in our Refund Policy
- refunds are returned to the card used for the original purchase
By starting a generation, you acknowledge that the relevant credits are consumed at that point and the cancellation right no longer applies to those credits.
Closing your account
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. When you close your account:
- your access to the Service ends
- your personal data is removed in line with our Privacy Policy
- any remaining credits are forfeited, unless they are eligible for a refund under our Refund Policy
If you want a refund of an eligible unused credit pack, request it before closing your account so we can process it to your original payment method.
Cancellation by us
We may suspend or cancel your access if you materially breach our Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service and its users. Where we do so and you hold credits that are eligible for a refund under applicable law, we will handle that consistently with our Refund Policy.
