Payment Policy

This Payment Policy explains how payments work on Frameflow, operated by Bruo Systems Limited, 2c Grangegorman Lower, Smithfield, Dublin, Ireland, Reg. 765033. It should be read together with our Terms of Service, Refund Policy, and Cancellation Policy.

Credits and pricing

Frameflow is pay-as-you-go. You buy credits in advance, in euro (EUR), and credits are consumed when you generate videos. There is no subscription and nothing is charged on a recurring basis.

Prices are shown on the Pricing page and again at checkout, and are identical in both places. The number of credits a generation costs depends on the model and settings you choose, and is shown before you confirm. Prices include applicable taxes where required, which are itemised at checkout and on your invoice.

How payments are processed

We accept Visa and Mastercard. Card payments are handled securely by our payment provider. We never see or store your full card details; the payment provider processes your card data on our behalf under appropriate safeguards.

By submitting a payment, you confirm that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method.

When credits are added

Credits are added to your balance once your payment is authorised and confirmed. You can see your current balance at any time in your account, and your generation history shows when credits were consumed.

Receipts and invoices

Every successful purchase generates an invoice that you can download from Billing. Your invoice shows the amount paid, any applicable taxes, and a transaction reference.

Failed and declined payments

If a payment fails or is declined:

  • no credits are added to your balance
  • you are not charged for the attempted purchase
  • any temporary authorisation hold placed by your bank is released according to your bank's normal process
  • you can try again at any time, with the same or a different payment method

Security and fraud prevention

We and our payment provider use industry measures to protect transactions and detect fraud. We may decline or review a payment, or limit access, where we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, or unauthorised use.

Currency

All prices and charges are in euro (EUR). If you pay with a card denominated in another currency, your bank may apply its own conversion rate and fees, which are outside our control.
