Credits & billing
How does pricing actually work?+
You buy credits in packs, then spend them per render. Each lane's cost is derived live from the underlying model's compute rate plus a flat markup — so the price you see is honest, not arbitrary. No subscriptions, no seats, no minimums.
Do credits expire?+
No. Credits sit in your balance until you spend them. There's nothing recurring to cancel and nothing that lapses if you take a month off.
What happens if a render fails?+
You're refunded automatically. A failed render returns its credits to your balance the moment it errors out — you only ever pay for clips that actually land.
Do I need a card just to look around?+
No. Sign in with an email and explore the whole product. You only reach for a card when you choose to buy a credit pack.
Models & quality
Which model renders my video?+
It depends on the lane. Each lane routes to the model that does its job best today — fast iteration, full-fidelity with audio, or premium cinematic. We swap the engine underneath as the field improves; your prompt stays the same.
What resolution do I get?+
Every lane delivers 1080p. The lanes differ in speed, clip length, and whether audio is generated — not in baseline resolution.
How long are the clips?+
Lane-dependent — from short iteration clips up to longer cinematic shots. The exact duration for each lane is shown when you pick it on the generate screen.
Can I guide the look with my own images?+
Yes. Attach a still as the first frame, set a last frame, or both — the model animates from and toward your references instead of inventing the whole scene.
Rights & usage
Can I use the clips commercially?+
Yes. Renders you create are yours to use commercially, with no watermark. Check the model-provider terms for any edge cases around restricted content.
Where are my renders stored?+
We re-host every output on our own storage so your links never rot or expire mid-campaign. You can download the original file anytime from your assets.
Do you train on my prompts or outputs?+
No. Your prompts and renders are yours. See the Privacy Policy in the footer for the full detail on what we store and why.
Account & data
How do I sign in?+
Email plus a one-time code — no passwords to forget. Enter your address, grab the code we send, and you're in.
Can I delete my account?+
Anytime, from Settings. Deleting removes your account, remaining credits, and generated assets permanently — it can't be undone.
Can I get an invoice for a purchase?+
Yes. Every credit-pack purchase generates a downloadable invoice, archived under Invoices in your dashboard.
