This Cookie Policy explains how Frameflow, operated by Bruo Systems Limited, 2c Grangegorman Lower, Smithfield, Dublin, Ireland, Reg. 765033, uses cookies and similar technologies when you visit and use the Service. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device. Similar technologies, such as local storage, work in a comparable way. They let a site remember your actions and preferences over time, and help keep the site secure and working as intended.

What we use

Frameflow uses only cookies and browser storage it needs to run. Each one is listed below with its purpose, category and how long it lasts.

Essential (always on, they cannot be switched off in the banner):

  • __Secure-authjs.session-token: keeps you signed in after you enter your email code. Set only when you sign in. Lasts up to 30 days, or until you sign out.
  • __Host-authjs.csrf-token: protects the sign-in form against cross-site request forgery. Lasts until you close the browser.
  • __Secure-authjs.callback-url: remembers which page to return you to after sign-in. Lasts until you close the browser.

Preference (set only when you make the choice, part of the service you asked for):

  • locale: remembers the language you picked in the language switcher. Lasts 1 year.
  • currency: remembers the currency you picked in the currency switcher. Lasts 1 year.
  • ff-cookie-consent (browser local storage, not a cookie): remembers your answer in the cookie banner so we do not ask on every visit. Kept until you change your choice or clear your browser data.

Non-essential: none. We do not use analytics, advertising, profiling or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not share cookie data with advertisers.

When you pay by card, the secure payment and card verification (3-D Secure) windows are loaded from the payment gateway and your card issuer. They may set their own cookies needed to process and verify the payment, under their own policies.

Why we use them

We use essential cookies to provide core functionality you have asked for, such as signing in and protecting your account. We use preference cookies and storage to remember the choices you make, so the Service is easier to use. Neither requires consent, because each one is either needed to run the Service or set only when you ask for it.

Your choices

  • The cookie banner offers Accept and Decline on your first visit, and Decline all, Save choices and Accept all under "Manage cookies". You can reopen it at any time from "Manage cookies" in the site footer.
  • Because Frameflow sets no non-essential cookies today, Accept and Decline do not change which cookies are stored: the list above applies either way. Your answer is saved and will decide whether any optional cookie runs if we ever add one. We would update this policy and ask you again before that happens.
  • You can also control or delete cookies and local storage through your browser settings. If you block essential cookies, you will not be able to sign in.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the technologies we use or in the law. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date.
